La política de voluntariado para la Fundación Fundaprim es de suma importancia, ya que se enfoca en el bienestar de los niños en su primera infancia y en proyectar siempre un futuro mejor tanto para los niños como para la fundación.
Buscaremos voluntarios con experiencia previa en cuidado infantil, educación en desarrollo infantil o un interés genuino en trabajar con niños pequeños. También se valorará la participación de personas con carreras afines en administración, trabajo social y publicidad.
